These are the places I know best: Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Croatia, and Morocco. I've worked wine harvests in Piemonte, managed a winery's hospitality program in Montalcino, lived in Tangier, and spent nearly two months exploring Greece on my own. That kind of knowledge doesn't come from a guidebook. It comes from years of relationships with the people who live there, and it's what shapes every itinerary I build, whether you're traveling solo, with family, or in a small group.

I've spent harvest seasons in Piemonte's vineyards and cellars, tasting with winemakers in the foothills of Mt. Etna, and working in Montalcino’s wineries, and that's the Italy I plan for you, the one that opens up when you're not rushing to the next stop.

The Croatian coast rewards patience. Ancient fortresses, quiet islands, the day's catch at a table by the water. I build in time to slow down, so you actually see the place and meet the people, not just pass through it checking off cities.

Morocco is a country of contrasts: souks thick with color and spice, the Sahara stretching out beyond the cities, mint tea generously offered by someone you just met. The ancient and the modern side by side. I lived in Tangier, and I still return often. What I plan for you comes from that, not from a packaged tour itinerary.

Greece is where I keep coming back. Whitewashed villages, working olive groves, islands best explored slowly by boat. I've spent more than two months there on my own, mostly off any typical route, and that's the Greece I plan for my clients: real, unhurried, and full of philoxenia, the Greek word for the warmth shown to a stranger.
